Overview:

Gopuff is looking for a Junior Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. Reporting directly to a Site Leader, Junior OS's play an essential role at Gopuff, requiring drive, perseverance, positivity, and enthusiasm. The Junior Operations Supervisor is a core part of the Site leadership team, responsible for maintaining high operational standards at our MFCs to ensure timely and accurate deliveries for our customers.

Customers turn to Gopuff for their everyday essentials—day and night, rain or shine. We are building a team of thinkers, dreamers, and risk-takers eager to reshape the retail world faster than ever. And it doesn't hurt if you like snacks.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading: Show the warehouse team how it’s done, lead by example, manage staff on shift, train new team members, and be confident in processes and products.
2. Picking and packing: Accurately pick and pack items per order for dispatch.
3. Delivery Partners: Manage Delivery Partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
4. Issue resolution: Contact customers regarding substitutions or out-of-stock items.
5. Goods Inbound: Receive products from vendors, ensure counts match purchase orders/invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
6. Stock management: Store products, conduct cycle counts, manage waste and compliance, and partner with TooGoodToGo.
7. Warehouse management: Maintain warehouse compliance, cleanliness, organization, and adherence to standards.
8. Health and Safety: Support onsite health & safety compliance and testing.

About You:

• Experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse environments.
• Basic knowledge of web-based software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, responsibility, and honesty.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organized, team-oriented, positive, and helpful attitude.
• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours (7 am - 3 am).
