The role sits in the Senior Leadership Team alongside the CEO, shaping a five-year strategy and growing the organisation. Key duties include strategic leadership, safeguarding, people management, and financial partnering; a full driving licence is essential.

• Experience in people management and financial partnering.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line services through transformation to scale impact.
• Be part of the Senior Leadership Team shaping a five-year strategy.
• Direct line management of 3 Service Managers and ensure DBS/security checks as required.
