Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Core office hours 8am-4pm, flexibility required).
A well-established nationwide contractor is seeking an experienced Resource Operations Manager to join its busy operations team based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple projects, people and resources simultaneously.
Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for coordinating labour, materials and plant requirements across multiple active construction projects throughout the UK. Project sizes can vary significantly, from one-day installations through to large-scale developments lasting several months.
You will be the key point of contact for site teams, clients and internal departments, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on programme and within budget. The role is predominantly office-based, although you will work with teams operating nationwide.
This is a varied position that requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and professional when priorities change.
