Job summary

Pertemps Northampton is seeking a Resource Operations Manager based in Corby to coordinate labour, materials and plant across multiple UK construction projects.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage priorities, and close collaboration with site teams, clients and procurement. A proactive, detail‑driven approach will help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, resource planning, project coordination, logistics or scheduling.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in construction or similar project-led environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Allocating installers, materials and equipment across multiple live projects.
• Liaising with site managers to coordinate daily and weekly project requirements.
• Producing work packs and documentation for installation teams.
• Reviewing project calculations and material requirements to ensure installers have everything needed to complete works.
• Working closely with procurement to manage material availability and lead times.
• Monitoring project schedules and resource planning across a portfolio of active projects.
• Preparing and updating RAMS, method statements and associated project documentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients ranging from large national organisations to individual customers.
• Supporting project costing and operational administration through business systems.
