The Role:

As the Operations Performance & Reporting Manager for our Call Centre Operations, you will drive data-driven decisions and performance improvements. Your responsibilities include managing and enhancing data reporting processes, delivering strategic insights to optimise operational efficiency, and supporting key business decisions. You will also lead and mentor a team of four, ensuring high-quality analysis and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting & Insights: Manage operational performance reports, ensure accuracy and timely delivery, and provide actionable insights for senior management.
2. Dashboard & Process Improvement: Develop real-time performance dashboards and improve reporting processes through automation and new tools.
3. Performance & Forecasting: Analyse KPIs, identify trends, and support target-setting and budget forecasting.
4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of four, fostering collaboration with operations, finance, and senior leadership.
5. Data Quality & Compliance: Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies, supporting key projects and committee activities.

Skills & Attributes:

• Proven experience in a Data Insight or Leadership role (Essential)
• Ability to manage a team (Essential)
• Experience with Data Management (Essential)
• Performance Analytics experience
• Technical experience with Power BI or Tableau (Essential)
• Great attention to detail and data analysis skills, with the ability to integrate data
• Reporting of Consumer Duty Regulation adherence (Desirable)
