Job summary

Reed Screening in Manchester is seeking an Operations Support Manager to help keep the business running smoothly. This role combines client implementations, project coordination, reporting and process improvement, while collaborating with teams across the business.

The candidate will be organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines. Hybrid working applies, with 5 office days in a 2-week period.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, screening or compliance is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating operational projects and business initiatives
• Supporting onboarding and implementation of new clients
• Managing implementation timelines and keeping projects on track
• Producing reports, presentations and management information
• Supporting compliance, audit and quality activities
• Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency
• Tracking actions and ensuring deadlines are met
• Working closely with teams across operations, sales, technology and client services
