Job summary

Reed in Partnership is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop teams across multiple offices, ensuring contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

The role involves remote, direct and indirect management, stakeholder liaison with employers and internal teams, and a focus on continuous improvement, development opportunities, and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing teams across multiple offices and contracts.
• Experience designing and implementing complex operational processes.
• Degree or relevant qualification; minimum 2 A-Levels or Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum of Grade B or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, and develop teams across offices.
• Ensure smooth operations and delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Manage performance and delivery in the sales/support process for participants.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and employers.
• Oversee financial resources and facilities within remit.
• Drive continuous improvement at team and organisational levels.
