Job summary

Reed Technology in the UK seeks a hands-on Project Manager to own a portfolio of change initiatives across lending and brokerage operations.

You will drive projects end-to-end from inception to delivery, gathering requirements, managing stakeholders, coordinating testing and ensuring successful implementation.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home) with an established 18-month roadmap and opportunities to influence visible business change.

Qualifications

• Experience in a combined Business Analyst / Project Manager role or from a BA/PM background.
• Track record delivering projects from requirements gathering through to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, lending, mortgages or regulated environments is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of projects from discovery through to implementation and business adoption.
• Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency with stakeholders.
• Defining project scope, plans, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinating delivery across business and technology teams.
• Coordinating software testing activities and supporting sign-off.
• Producing updates and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Building relationships across the business and with third-party suppliers.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
