Job summary

Reed in Partnership UK is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead multiple offices and contracts, ensuring delivery within budget and to quality standards. You will oversee remote, direct and indirect management to address workflow issues and hit milestones in the participant journey.

The role offers a generous base salary, pro-rata for part-time, with flexible scheduling and activities for training, development and progression within the Employability Division.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience of team management across multiple offices and contracts within the Employability/ Public sector.
• Experience designing and implementing complex operational processes across multiple teams.
• Degree or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
• GCSE English Language at a minimum Grade B (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach and develop teams to ensure productive dynamics.
• Monitor and drive performance across contracts and teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders as well as employers.
• Oversee financial resources and facilities within remit.
• Lead continuous improvement at team and organisational levels.
