Job summary

Corgi is hiring a Project Manager for the Operations Team to own delivery across systems and workflows our ops and engineering teams ship. The role is based in our London office and involves prioritizing the backlog, driving execution with engineers and ops, and turning messy processes into shipped product.

You will work closely with software engineers on the Operations Team and with underwriting, claims, and policy admin, leveraging AI tooling to move fast and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, program management, or ops-heavy product delivery.
• Comfortable working with engineers and technical systems (schema, APIs, UI, deployments).
• Experience with TypeScript/Python/React helpful for communication, not required to code.
• Very fluent with AI tooling.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or workflow automation helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations Team delivery cadence from day one.
• Turn ops pain into clear specs, priorities, and shipped outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional work between engineering, underwriting, claims, and policy admin.
• Track progress, unblock people, and keep quality high without slowing the team down.
• Use AI tooling to move faster than a team our size should be able to.
