Job summary

Kao is seeking a Project Manager in the United Kingdom to lead initiatives from initiation through delivery, partnering with business, technology, vendors and regional stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful outcomes.

The role blends project management, business analysis, and delivery coordination with emphasis on planning, governance, risk management, and leveraging AI and automation to improve reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/4-year Business Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement and technology delivery support.
• Experience leading end-to-end project life cycles from initiation to closure.
• Experience with project plans, risks, issues, budgets, and governance reporting.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across business, technology, vendors and regional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor activities to meet goals.
• Produce status updates, dashboards and governance materials.
• Define requirements, map processes and assess impacts with stakeholders.
• Support change management, training readiness and deployment planning.
