Unity Advisory is seeking an organised Operations Project Manager to join the internal operations team at our Mayfair office. You will support senior leadership, including the COO, to drive cross-functional initiatives that scale operations and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operations projects in professional services or consulting.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes fast.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with a low-ego approach to working across teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and deliver internal strategic and operational projects from planning to execution.
• Track firm-wide initiatives with the COO and leaders, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates and internal communications.
• Coordinate with Finance, People, Tech and Client Delivery to align workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement using technology and AI tools where feasible.
• Coordinate and document standups, steering groups and retrospectives.
• Support leadership with strategic planning cycles and internal deliverables.
• Over time, support or lead client-facing engagements in line with service offerings.
• Contribute to building a high-performing operations function for the firm.
