Hook is seeking an Opportunity Operations generalist to own diverse projects across the business, from dashboards to onboarding, hiring and event planning. You’ll coordinate cross-functional work and help drive efficiency in a fast-growing, AI-focused environment.

You’ll report to the VP of Operations, collaborate with marketing, product and sales, and enjoy a generous salary (£45,000–£65,000) with stock options and a strong benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operational Projects: Own and track strategic operations projects across the business.
• Enhance Business Efficiency: Support day-to-day operations including onboarding, tooling and compliance.
• Recruitment & Talent: Help source candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the process.
• Event Strategy: Plan internal events and team-building activities and optimise culture.
• Content Creation: Produce leadership decks for internal/external use cases.
• Office Management: Manage office needs, supplies and vendors to keep the workplace running smoothly.
