Job summary

Unity Advisory is seeking a senior operator to drive enterprise-wide AI capability, automation adoption and new ways of working across Partners and Functional Leaders. You will align with the CAO and CPO, translating strategy into practical, adopted value while shaping roles and governance to scale AI responsibly.

You’ll build pragmatic tools and prototypes, pilot AI capabilities, and partner with Product and Engineering for shared integrations, data privacy and secure deployment, all while

• Experience driving AI adoption at scale in large organisations.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into practical capability and value.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders to redesign roles and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive AI upskilling across client-facing and enablement teams.
• Identify and deliver automation that unlocks value from AI tools.
• Define governance, data privacy and ethics for AI use in practice.
• Prototype and ship smaller AI tools and integrations with Engineering input.
• Measure adoption, ROI and report progress to senior leadership.
