Job summary

The Unity AI Centre of Excellence is hiring to build and scale AI capability across Unity, partnering with the Chief People Officer and Chief AI Officer. You will design upskilling programs, guide AI adoption across client teams, and ship practical tools and workflows.

You’ll lead governance, guardrails, and stakeholder training, while hands-on prototyping and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and IT ensure safe and impactful AI use across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI capability and adoption at scale.
• Ability to train and influence senior leaders and partners.
• Proven track record delivering practical AI solutions.
• Comfort with prototyping scripts and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive practical AI upskilling across teams.
• Reimagine work processes with AI to remove steps or change approach.
• Identify and deliver automation leveraging existing tools.
• Shape roles and workflows as AI takes on more work.
• Implement governance and guardrails for safe AI use.
• Build and ship prototypes with Engineering and Product teams.
• Measure adoption, automation impact and ROI, report progress.
