Amey Ltd is offering an Operations Project Graduate role as part of the Pre-Construction Project Management team in the Northwest region. The two-year path includes mentoring, a structured learning plan and support toward a professional qualification.

A permanent position is guaranteed on completion, with opportunities to work across MOD sites. You will gain experience in project management, construction, supplier management and health & safety while contributing to defence infrastructure across

Qualifications

• Driving licence is essential.
• Minimum 2:2 Degree in Construction Discipline or Project Management.
• Available to join the programme in September 2027.
• CTC/DBS clearance will be required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and production of scopes of work and technical specs for estate improvement projects across MOD Service Family Accommodation.
• Support Pre-Construction Project Managers and Building Surveyors with surveys, design coordination and pre-construction activities.
• Develop knowledge of the full pre-construction process including CDM and Building Regulations (RIBA Stages 1–4).
• Identify and manage project risks, constraints and compliance during pre-construction.
• Coordinate consultants, designers, contractors and other stakeholders to define project requirements.
• Attend meetings and help prepare progress reports and meeting records.
