Amey seeks an Operations Graduate for its Paisley-based Public Estates Scotland team. The two-year pathway offers mentoring, a structured learning plan and support toward a professional qualification. The role includes site visits, data analysis, and developing reporting using AI tools, with a guaranteed permanent position on completion.

You will gain experience across compliance, quality, health & safety, and project delivery while contributing to operational improvements using performance data.

Formación

• A degree in a business, operations, data analytics, technology, or related discipline.
• Full UK Driving License is required.
• Available to join the programme in September 2027.
• CTC/DBS clearance will be required for this role.
• Desire to apply data analytics and AI tools to improve performance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to Operations Managers and report updates to the Account Manager.
• Attend client meetings and prepare monthly performance and operational reports.
• Support delivery of services in line with compliance and contractual requirements.
• Carry out monthly operational and technical compliance audits.
• Assist Operations Managers with delivery of planned and reactive works across the estate.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Explore and support AI and digital tools to improve reporting and efficiency.
• Assist Project Managers with developing scopes of work and pricing small projects.
• Support the development and implementation of action plans for resource, process, and time management.
