Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn operations.
• Proficient in Excel and G-Suite; familiarity with data tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Experience in operations or project work is a plus.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support regional sales strategy development using AI, Salesforce and DOMO data.
• Participate in planning, coordination, and tracking of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for analysis.
• Create reports, presentations, and documentation for ops.
• Monitor KPIs and present findings to management.
• Contribute to process-improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records related to business operations.
