Job summary

Allica Bank is seeking a data analyst to help translate data into actionable insights for cross‑functional teams. You will understand product processes, build KPI reporting, and develop ETL pipelines while collaborating with product, Ops, finance and risk to deliver data requests.

You will design dashboards in Looker, leverage SQL and Python, and contribute to a data-driven culture across the bank. Flexible/hybrid working is supported.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a data analyst in a start-up or fast-paced organisation.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries (GCP/BigQuery preferred).
• Solid foundation in Python programming or willingness to learn.
• Flexible in adapting to changing priorities and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Clear communication, translating technical detail into business language.

Responsibilities

• Understand products and processes through the data we have or collect.
• Help stakeholders leverage data to build KPI reporting.
• Originate, maintain and enhance data analytics ETL's.
• Build dashboards and reports (Looker).
• Work with product teams and other stakeholders to deliver data requests.
• Develop and maintain data standards, libraries and dictionaries, sharing findings widely.
• Help implement a data-driven mindset in the company.
