Responsibilities include preparing transportation plans, managing fleet activities, and creating reports to optimize performance. Job Mission

Within the Drive 4 You department of Stellantis UK you will be required to plan and co-ordinate transport operations in order to optimize the transport performance of all vehicles of the Stellantis Group Brands (Alfa Romeo, Citroen, Fiat, Vauxhall and Peugeot) destined for our fleets or the network. These operations are planned based on activity forecasts to guarantee the distribution of out Stellantis network and internal customers.

The main responsibilities and role requirements are as follows:

  • Prepare transportation plans and routes to optimize and maximize profitability.
  • Manage and coordinate the activity of fleet managers, monitoring routes.
  • Prepare the drivers’ activity according to schedules and holidays and legal regulations.
  • Analysis and definition of budget volumes and transport forecasts.
  • Creation of reports and management of KPIs to optimize the load rate.
  • Initiate the development of new reporting tools to (Business Intelligence) to standardize results summaries for all the groups brands.
