Job summary

Wilde seeks a General Manager - Operations Performance to support across its Wilde properties. You will elevate the guest journey by leading a consistent brand-led operation, working with European Operations Director and Head of New Openings to optimize performance and ways of working across the hotels portfolio.

The ideal candidate is London or UK-based with travel to Wilde properties across the UK and Europe. You will collaborate with multiple departments to drive results and develop teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a general management role within a lifestyle/luxury hotel or aparthotel.
• Ability to lead with kindness and clarity.
• Forward‑thinking and innovative with operations improvements.
• Energetic, flexible, and adaptable to pace.
• Decision‑making under pressure with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience training and guiding teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead interim or supplementary General Manager deployments across Wilde properties.
• Drive improvements in guest experience, financial performance, compliance, and team capability.
• Act as a flexible operational resource moving between properties as needed.
• Collaborate with Design & Refurbishments, F&B, Brand Ops, Sales & Revenue, Finance and People teams.
