Wilde Paddington, part of Wilde, is recruiting an Assistant General Manager to drive guest experience and financial performance across the property. You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and F&B teams, mentor leaders, and partner with central teams to deliver exceptional standards and commercial results.

The role offers exposure to P&L, budgeting, forecasting and performance measurement, with a clear succession pathway to General Manager.

Formación

• Experience leading a complex hotel/aparthotel or guest-led operation.
• Leadership across multiple departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B).
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience of P&L, budgeting, forecasting, labour and cost management.
• Experience using performance data to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Proficiency with hotel systems (Opera PMS, Snapfix, ReviewPro) and quick learning of new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Own guest experience performance and ensure high standards across the property.
• Use guest feedback and audits to identify issues and drive improvement.
• Ensure department heads are accountable for their impact on guest experience and profitability.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and property performance reviews with clear ownership.
• Lead property projects, system rollouts and change initiatives where required.
