Job summary

JJ Foods Ltd is seeking an Operations Operative for the night shift at Wimbledon. You will join our friendly warehouse team, receive full training and a permanent contract, and have clear opportunities for progression.

A positive attitude is essential to help the warehouse run smoothly. The role involves preparing customer orders for loading, storing items in correct locations, checking stock for damage or short-dated items, and carrying out manual handling.

• Physically active nature (due to heavy lifting).

Responsibilities

• Preparing customer orders that will be loaded onto our lorries.
• Store items safely in the correct location.
• Check stock for damage, loss or short dated items and report as required.
• Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required.
• Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items

The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.

Salary: £26,440.00 per annum

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Experience in a similar role

• A physically active nature (due to heavy lifting)
• A good standard of spoken English
