Job summary

JJ Foodservice is seeking an Operations Operative for night shift at Unit 2 Maidstone Rd, Kent. This full-time role runs 5 days per week from 18:00 to 03:00, with a salary of £26,440 per annum. You will join our friendly warehouse team to keep operations running smoothly.

The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly.
This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, with hours from 18:00 to 03:00.
Salary: £26,440.00 per annum

We are looking for applicants who have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Excellent people skills, as well as being a great team player
• Good communication skills
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• A physically active nature (due to heavy lifting)
• A good standard of spoken English

Responsibilities of the role:

• Preparing customer orders that will be loaded onto our lorries
• Store items safely in the correct location
• Check stock for damage, loss or short dated items and report as required
• Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required
• Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items
