Job summary

JJ Foodservice is seeking an Operations Operative for the Day Shift to join our friendly warehouse team. This role offers a permanent contract, full training and real opportunities to progress.

You'll work behind the scenes to keep the warehouse running smoothly, preparing orders, storing stock safely and supporting the busy logistics operation.

The position requires a positive attitude, good English, and eligibility to work in the UK; physical duties include lifting and manual handling.

• Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required.
• Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items.

Operations Operative – Day Shift

Salary: £26,440.00 per annum

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Preparing customer orders that will be loaded onto our lorries
• Store items safely in the correct location
• Check stock for damage, loss or short dated items and report as required
• Manual handling – lifting or moving products as required
• Physical requirements – pushing and pulling the trolley to carry items
