Job summary

Bidfood UK is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts to join our busy warehouse network. You will work across ambient, chilled and frozen zones, picking orders with Q-Pick, loading vehicles and ensuring products are stored safely for next-day delivery.

This fast-paced, hands-on role requires reliability, teamwork and a strong work ethic, with training provided for equipment and safety. Night-shift flexibility is essential to support overnight operations and timely driver departures.

Play an important part in our journey

As a Warehouse Operative on our night shift, you'll work across our ambient, chilled and frozen warehouse environments, helping to prepare customer orders ready for delivery.

Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you'll help ensure our drivers leave on time with the right products in the right place, so our customers receive the excellent service they expect.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll stay active throughout your shift while playing a key part in keeping our operation running smoothly overnight.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using voice picking technology is beneficial but not essential
• Warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful, but not essential
• A good level of physical fitness, as this is an active role involving regular movement and manual handling
• Reliability and flexibility to work evening and night shifts
