TLP is partnering with a progressive, multiple-award-winning logistics business to recruit an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end site operations

from goods-in to customer delivery.

This newly created role comes as a result of continued growth and a new contract win, offering the opportunity to make your mark within a successful, expanding 3PL operation.

Youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient running of a warehousing and distribution operation - driving continuous improvement, and developing your people to deliver best-in-class service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced leadership role with real scope to shape performance, culture and customer experience on site.

What youll be doing :
