Job summary

You will mobilise new care packages, organise training, investigate incidents, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation while building strong relationships with partners and nursing

Responsibilities

Working with our regional nurses, this pivotal role involves leading care teams, optimising workflows, and driving compliance with CQC standards to achieve outstanding client outcomes and satisfaction.
