Agincare is seeking an Operations Manager to join Agincare Enable and lead a team of Registered Managers across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. You will drive high-quality, person-centred care while embedding Positive Behaviour Support across services and maintaining strong partnerships.

This role offers progression opportunities, fully funded training, a competitive salary (£50,000–£55,000 DOE), and a chance to travel UK-wide to support diverse sites and teams.

Qualifications

• What you will bring: proven leadership of care teams, with a focus on quality and safety.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in health or social care.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations across the region.

• Lead and support a team of Registered Managers.
