Job summary

The Royal Parks Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the water-based leisure services across Hyde Park Boat House, Serpentine Lido, Regent's Park Boating Lakes and Greenwich Park Boating Lake. You will drive an excellent customer journey while ensuring safety, efficiency and a positive visitor experience.

You will recruit, induct and train a large seasonal team, oversee bookings, open/close venues as a key-holder and coordinate staffing across sites to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in leisure, hospitality or service sectors.
• Experience delivering high-volume customer services.
• Ability to manage people and resources effectively.
• Able to build strong working relationships and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Open and close venues as a key-holder.
• Coordinate efficient deployment of staff across venues.
• Support front of house duties and lifeguard supervision.
• Ensure venues and equipment are clean and well-maintained; report disrepair.
• Recruit, induct and train large seasonal teams to high standards.
