Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams in a logistics or warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to manage multi-shift operations and meet daily targets.
• Strong focus on safety and compliance in warehousing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational functions across shifts and departments to meet daily targets.
• Ensure health and food safety standards and audits are followed.
• Oversee maintenance and engineering activities on site and manage contractors.
• Manage budgeting, labour scheduling, space and equipment, safety and security.
• Develop and train staff; provide performance feedback and assign duties.
