Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and run our Belle Eau Park facility in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. This role requires strong leadership across shifts, ensuring health and food safety standards, and delivering daily targets in a 24/7 operation.

You will manage budgets, labour scheduling, training, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement and liaising with internal departments to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading large-scale operations and solving operational challenges.
• Experience with automation or temperature-controlled logistics.
• Experience managing large teams and developing frontline and second-line managers.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to manage inventory and reporting.
• Strong IT literacy and ability to manage compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational functions across shifts and departments to meet daily targets.
• Ensure HACCP and health and safety compliance and oversee audits.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage contractors on site.
• Plan long-range labour needs based on forecasts.
• Analyse reports to identify trends and propose solutions.
