Caterlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee schools in and around Bristol, covering primary and secondary sites. The role requires catering and operational management expertise, strong leadership, and a readiness to work across a 52-week cycle on a Monday–Friday basis.

You will lead site teams, drive KPI performance, and build lasting client relationships with a focus on health, safety, quality and financial results.
