Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a group of primary school sites. The role requires prior catering and operational management experience and a 52‑week schedule from Monday to Friday.

You will lead multiple school teams, build strong client relationships, and stay commercially focused while supporting teams on the ground. Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Previous catering and operational management experience.
• 52-week role, Monday–Friday.
• DBS disclosure is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate site teams across a portfolio of primary schools.
• Develop strong client relationships with schools and partners.
• Be commercially astute and support teams by rolling up sleeves when needed.
