Job summary

Caterlink is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of primary and secondary schools in and around Bristol. This 52-week role runs Monday to Friday, and you will be responsible for delivering on Caterlink’s standards while developing your on-site teams and building strong client relationships.

You should bring previous catering and operational management experience, be commercially astute and hands-on when needed.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage schools in and around the Bristol area, which will be a mix of primary and secondary schools. Previous catering and operational management experience is essential. This is a 52-week role working Monday – Friday.

Being commercially astute is also essential for this role and in addition to this you will need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and help the teams when you need to.
