Job summary

Impact Food Group's Dolce brand is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of multisite school catering contracts across Manchester, Blackburn and Oldham. You will manage Area Managers, travel between sites and ensure contracts run smoothly, safely, and profitably.

With a strong background in education catering, you will drive standards, financial performance and client satisfaction, mentor your team, and build lasting relationships with schools.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multisite education contracts or similar.
• Ability to drive standards, safety, and quality across multiple sites.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Area Managers across Manchester, Blackburn and Oldham.
• Travel between sites to support teams and ensure contracts run smoothly.
• Drive financial performance, brand standards and client relationships.
• Lead quality audits, kitchen checks, and ensure correct portion sizes and menus.
