Darter seeks an Operations Manager to join our growing team as our first ops hire. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff to execute, manage, and continuously improve key business processes that keep Darter running smoothly.

Based in or around Bristol or London, you’ll bring structure to complexity, use AI to streamline work, and play a pivotal role in our next growth phase while enjoying flexible, remote-first working arrangements and generous learning budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business operations, administration, internal services, or similar functions in a growing organisation.
• Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Process improvement mindset to spot inefficiency and implement lasting changes.
• Ability to coordinate people, systems, suppliers, content, and internal activities across a busy business.
• Experience using AI, automation and modern business tools to improve processes.
