Job summary

Stint is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Operations function across a portfolio of partners and Stinters from our London base. You’ll drive day-to-day operations, scale processes, and build reporting that supports growth.

You’ll lead a growing team, develop scalable systems, and use data to identify opportunities, forecast risks and improve performance. The role emphasises automation, AI and efficiency to support Stint’s future expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Operations, Workforce Planning or a similar function.
• Proven track record developing high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience designing scalable processes and systems.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities.
• Commercial judgement and ownership in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations team supporting our partners and Stinters.
• Oversee workforce supply and performance to ensure sites are properly staffed.
• Build scalable processes, reporting and systems as the company grows.
• Use data to forecast risks and drive improvements across Operations.
• Drive automation and AI adoption to reduce manual work.
• Own strategic projects to improve partner satisfaction and business performance.
