Are you an Operations Manager from an aerospace / aerodynamics background looking to become a key member of the senior management team at a market-leading aerospace company offering further progression into leadership roles and a great benefits package to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work?

On offer is the opportunity to join an independent research and development organisation within the aerospace industry, providing aerodynamic consultancy to major aircraft manufacturers globally. They are looking to continue their organic growth having secured further contracts with classified blue-chip clients.

In this role you will be managing resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely aerodynamic test preparation. You'll oversee equipment maintenance, staff development, and safety procedures and be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing operations through best practices, training, and strategic investments.

This role would suit an Operations Manager from an aerospace / aerodynamics background looking to become a key member of the senior management team at a market-leading aerospace company, offering progression and a fantastic benefits package.

The Role:

• Collaborating with the senior management team




• Responsible for a team of 10+




• Overseeing operations of the aerodynamics department




• Implementing training for members of the team




• Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with flexitime
