Job summary

Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across the North of England.

You will ensure safety, efficiency, timeliness and alignment with company expectations, acting as the primary contact across projects and managing relationships with clients, site teams, subcontractors and senior management. The role requires practical leadership and a proactive approach to maintain high operational standards and drive project

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, within budget, and to programme.

• Identify and resolve operational issues before they impact delivery.
• Maintain strong communication across all stakeholders.
• Implement and promote company processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Support company growth by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Location: Yeadon, Leeds (covering projects from Manchester to Newcastle)

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to oversee multiple construction projects across the North of England. This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and in line with company expectations.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact across a portfolio of projects, managing relationships with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and senior management whilst maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar senior construction management role.


• Proven experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.


• Strong background within fast-paced construction environments.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills.


• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.


• Comfortable managing competing priorities and \"spinning multiple plates\" at once.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to quickly adapt and embrace the company's culture and way of working.


• Full UK Driving Licence.


• Ideally based within commuting distance of Yeadon, Leeds.
