This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of projects from contract award through to installation, commissioning and final handover.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, fabricators, installation and demolition teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients, with responsibility for programme, budget, commercial performance, quality and site safety.

The Role

  • Develop and manage detailed project programmes, monitoring milestones, critical paths and risks.
  • Coordinate engineers, fabricators, site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
  • Act as the primary client-facings contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Chair progress meetings and provide regular project updates to senior management.
  • Manage project documentation, meeting minutes, actions and change control.
  • Establish site set‑ups in accordance with CDM 2015 and relevant duty‑holder responsibilities.
  • Prepare and maintain Construction Phase Plans and ensure statutory documentation is in place.
  • Review and approve RAMS, permits to work and safe systems of work.
  • Coordinate site activities including lifting operations, cranes, MEWPs and other concurrent works.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health, safety and welfare across project sites.

  • Control project budgets, variations, valuations, subcontractor accounts and claims.
  • Oversee quality throughout fabrication, installation and commissioning.
  • Lead commissioning, snagging and final handover.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project delivery, processes and supply-chain performance.
