Our client, a heritage business in West Yorkshire, is developing into a food-led destination with a historic inn, a neighbouring site rebranded for food, and a significant rooms development into a multi-faceted resort. They seek an exceptional leader to run it as one business.

You will lead two distinct food-led operations and a growing rooms business, protect a kitchen with a stellar reputation, manage occupancy and RevPAR, and steer teams through change with a steady, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead two distinct and different food-led businesses and a growing rooms business as one.
• Protect a kitchen whose reputation already draws visitors.
• Take the new bedrooms through development and opening.
• Hold the teams together through change, and grow them.
• Own the numbers: covers, rate, occupancy and RevPAR.
• A hospitality professional's instinct for outstanding service with a hotelier's grip on rooms.
• Significant food-led experience, focusing on local produce and provenance.
• A steady hand through a development or opening.
• Ready to commit to the local area for the long haul.
• Glorious walking country, a business with real heritage, and sites going through significant development and change.
