Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of London venues within an expanding hospitality group blending elevated food and drink with a distinctive leisure experience. You will work closely with General Managers to raise standards, profitability and guest satisfaction, while building high-performing teams and driving commercial performance across multiple sites.

This is a site-based, hands-on role that shapes how each venue delivers a memorable guest

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join an expanding hospitality group combining elevated food and drink with a distinctive leisure experience.

We’re looking for a hands‑on multi‑site operator who understands how to deliver a brilliant guest experience while building strong teams and driving commercial performance. A background in premium restaurants, bars or quality F&B‑led leisure concepts would be a great fit.

THE ROLE

You will take responsibility for a portfolio of London venues, working closely with General Managers to improve standards, consistency and profitability.

This is a visible, site‑based role with real scope to influence the business. You’ll support and challenge your teams, identify opportunities to grow sales and ensure each venue delivers an experience guests want to return for.

Your responsibilities will include:
