  • Manage warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and operational staff.
  • Set performance expectations and deliver coaching, training, and development to build a high‑performing team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, manage absence, and address conduct or capability issues fairly and consistently.
  • Ensure full compliance with all H&S legislation, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Lead site safety initiatives, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve productivity, and strengthen accuracy.
  • Support the setup of the site, its process and its teams and support the embedding of the site post launch.

  • Ensure accurate use of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and other operational systems.
  • Monitor performance KPIs and provide regular operational reports to senior management and our main customer.
Your skills and experience
  • Previous experience in an Operations Manager role in a 3PL environment.
  • Proven track record of managing teams in a fast‑paced operational environment
  • Strong leadership and team‑management capability.
  • Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and logistics.
