Job summary

Stagecoach Group Limited seeks a Depot Operations Manager in Porth to lead a high-performing depot team, drive safe, reliable service, and collaborate with Engineering to optimize performance. You will champion safety, customer focus, and staff welfare in daily operations.

The role requires strong leadership experience, a Transport Manager CPC Level 3 or willingness to work towards it, and excellent communication to guide decisions and stakeholder relations across the depot and beyond.

We are now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Depot Operations Manager to lead, inspire, and support our team in Porth. In this pivotal role, you will drive exceptional service delivery for our customers, champion a robust safety culture, and ensure that our people and our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.

To succeed, you will need a strong track record in team leadership and a proven ability to achieve operational excellence.

• An experienced Operations Manager, ready for a new challenge.
• Transport Manager CPC Level 3 qualification (or willingness to work towards it).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead with confidence and clarity.
• Working knowledge of allocation systems and relevant transport legislation.
