Stagecoach is seeking a dynamic Depot Operations Manager to lead a team at Porth Depot. You will drive exceptional service delivery, champion safety culture, and ensure people and customers remain at the heart of operations.

The role requires proven leadership and a track record of operational excellence in a fast-paced depot environment. You will oversee drivers, Duty Managers, and daily operations, while collaborating with the Engineering Manager to boost overall depot performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced Operations Manager ready for a new challenge.
• CPC Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• Strong communication skills with confident leadership.
• Working knowledge of allocation systems and transport legislation.
• Calm, capable approach to management challenges.
