Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking an experienced operational leader to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and front of house. You will build relationships with heads of departments and drive guest experience to the highest standards.

• Previous experience as a Manager– either a General Manager within a smaller property or currently a Food & Beverage Operations Manager seeking a step up into Operations Management.
• Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, latest trends, and commercial awareness.
• Excellent people management and leadership abilities with a passion for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across multiple departments (F&B, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house).
• Build strong relationships with Heads of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

What will I do?

You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel across a multitude of departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house amongst others. You’ll be an engaging Manager, a natural with building strong relationships, working together with the Head of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront!
