Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort on the outskirts of Leeds is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager in delivering a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and staff. You will coordinate with all departments and address maintenance issues promptly, prioritising Health & Safety and security.

Experience in hotel maintenance, relevant qualifications, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role ideally from a hotel background
• Health & safety, energy management qualifications preferred but not essential
• Demonstrable ability to assist a professional, efficient, high quality maintenance operation
• Project management experience
• Capex / budget management would be desirable
• Standards driven
• Strong communication skills
• Basic IT knowledge

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks, ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members. You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.

Is this the role for me?

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role ideally from a hotel background
• Relevant / appropriate qualifications in maintenance
• Health & safety, energy management qualifications preferred but not essential.
• Demonstratable ability to assist a professional, efficient, high quality, maintenance operation.
• Familiar with planned maintenance systems of work or used similar.
• Project management experience
• Capex / budget management experience would be desirable
• Standards driven
• Strong communication skills
• Basic IT knowledge skills
