Job summary

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is seeking a proactive maintenance support team member to assist the Maintenance Manager in keeping a safe, well-maintained environment for guests and colleagues. You’ll collaborate daily with all departments, responding to maintenance requests with priority given to Health & Safety and security concerns.

Ideally you have maintenance experience across trades, strong problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail to maintain the hotel’s standards and

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Work with all departments to address maintenance issues, prioritising those that affect health, safety and security.

What will I do?

To assist the Maintenance Manager in carrying out various tasks, ensure a safe environment for guests, visitors, and team members. You will work together daily with all departments and deal with any maintenance issues raised, giving priority to those issues that compromise Health & Safety and security.
