The QHotels Collection is seeking an outstanding operational leader to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance and front of house at Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort near Leeds. You will inspire and develop teams, building strong relationships with Heads of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront.

• Previous experience as a Manager – General Manager or F&B Operations Manager seeking step up into Operations Management.
• Proven people management experience and leadership in hospitality.
• Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of current industry trends.

What will I do?

You will be a strong operational leader, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel across a multitude of departments, including food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, front of house amongst others. You’ll be an engaging Manager, a natural with building strong relationships, working together with the Head of Departments to ensure guest experience is at the forefront!

Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located on the outskirts of Leeds and is a 4*, 152-bedroom property.
